DESING AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE Two-roll crusher DV2 consists of the following units (see picture 1): a body, two roll drums pos.1, bearing assemblies pos.17, swivel levers pos.6, a loading unit with lining plates pos.2, a loading flange pos.5, two inspection covers pos.13, two gear motors pos.16, installed on the shafts of the roll drums pos.9. The crusher body consists of two front pos.7 and two side walls pos.8, connected to each other by means of bolt joints. Inside the body lining plates are fixed to the walls by means of bolt joints. Four brackets pos.3 fixed on the front walls, around the axles of which the swivel levers pos.6 with bearing assemblies fixed on them pos.17 are swinging. The bracket and the swivel lever are connected to each other by a bolt pos. 11. Adjustment of the operation clearance between the roll drums pos.1 is done by changing of the inclination angle of the swivel levers pos.6 around the bracket axles pos.3 by means of screw drawing pos.10. To eliminate the crushed material getting into the bearings of the bearing assemblies pos.17 a safety washer pos.15 and a ring pos.12 are installed on the shaft of the roll drum pos.9 between the front wall pos.7 and the bearing assembly. Material for crushing is supplied through the loading flange pos.5 fixed on the crusher body and gets between rotating towards each other roll drums pos.1. During rotation of the roll drums the crushed material is drawn between the drums and is crushed. Further the crushed material is unloaded through the output gate of the crusher. Springs pos.14 with screw drawing pos.10 serve as a safety element when bodies which cannot be crushed get into the crusher, they prevent damage of the critical units and parts.
