Unbalanced-throw screen (sorting machine) С-1-1000, С-2-1000 APPLICATION
Sorting machine is applied for division of granular small-grained materials of low and medium abrasive ability with bulk weight till 2000 kg/m3 according to size classes on a sieve with related mesh size.

DEVICE AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE «Stromizmeritel» produces two models of sorting machines С-1-1000 and С-2-1000. Sorting machines С-1-1000 divide the material into two size classes, sorting machine С-2-1000 divide the material into three size classes and include different number of sieving areas.
Sorting machine С-1000 consist of the following parts:
• Deck with one or two sieve level
• Vibrator
• Sub-frame with electric motor, installed on the deck
• Mounting frame
• Ropes with dead-eye to hang vibrating parts of sorting manchine
Sorting machines are devices of vibrating type with circular trajectory. Because of deck inclination to the horizon, sieve material moves along a spiral path. This provides an intensive classification of the material. Coarse grains remain on the sieve and then move into the discharge sleeves of retained product, while small grains pass through the sieve openings and move into the discharge sleeves of throughs.
The tension of the sieve cloth is directed perpendicularly to the sieve product by means of screw tensioners.
Debalance is used as a vibration exciter, which is driven by asynchronous electric drive through vee belt transmission. Material handling to sorting machine and aspiration of interior space is effected with industrial tubes (goffer sleeve) and clamps. Gallery |
